Timesheet – Timecard

The Timecard report displays a list of all of an employee’s punches for a specified date range.  The employee’s number, name, actual and rounded time, error code associated with the punch, and organization levels will display. You may also choose to generate the report with a signature line for employee signoff.

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

And at least one of the following:

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level

·         Pay Group

·         Supervisor

Parameter Options

·         Optional Parameter

o   Display Signature (on by default)
