Timesheet – Minimum Daily Hours

 

The Minimum Daily Hours report is designed to provide you with a list of employees that did not work a specified number of hours per day.

 

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

 

And at least one of the following:

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level

·         Pay Group

·         Schedule Group

·         Supervisor

 

Parameter Options

o   Format Hours as HH:MM

 

 


 Timesheet – Hours by Week with Selection

The Hours by Week With Selection report displays an employees' worked hours. These hours can be selected by pay type into up to three user-defined categories. To exclude a category from being displayed, select only the value None in the corresponding pay type value.

The hours worked will be further broken down by week and the pay date, first date of the week, and last date of the week will be included in the output.

Tip: Since each category is independent of the others, care should be taken when selecting pay types for each category. The same pay type can be selected more than once resulting in an inflation of the number of hours worked.
