Timesheet – Mileage Detail

The Mileage Detail report allows you to review the miles driven for each vehicle by day. Mileage readings and pay information can also be included.

NOTE - The report can be sorted to display by Effective Date then Vehicle, or by Vehicle then Effective Date by using the optional ‘Order By’ parameter. The default sort order is Effective Date then Vehicle.

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

And at least one of the following:

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level

·         Pay Group (default)

·         Schedule Group

·         Supervisor
