Timesheet –Hours & Dollars

 

The Hours and Dollars report allows you to view a summary of any hours and/or dollars that have been entered for employees within the specified date range. The report provides a breakdown and description of hours.

 

Summary Report

 

The summary report displays employee name, total hours, total dollars, and total wages.

 

Detail Report

 

The detail report displays the same information as the summary report with the hours, dollars, and/or wages assigned broken down by pay type and date.

 

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

·         Supervisor

Timesheet – Pay Current Reconcilation

 

The Timesheet – Pay Current Reconcilation report can be used to compare the hours in the current period against the last export of hours that was run. The report can be displayed in a detail or a summary format.The detail report will show the export date and time of an employee's records. For each record the effective date, start date and time, stop date and time, pay type, hours from the last export, hours from the current period, shift, and dollar value of the hours (if applicable) will be displayed.The summary report will show an employee's hours from the last export, hours from the current period, and the difference between the two for each pay type.

 

Filter Options:

And at least one of the following:

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level

 

Parameter Options:

·         Pay Type (default All)

·         Report Summary (default Yes)

·         Include Shift? (default Yes)

·         Shift Types (default All)

 

 

 

 

 


Timesheet – Pay Current Reconciliation

This report can be used to compare the hours in the current period against the last export of hours that was run. The report can be displayed in a detail or a summary format.

The detail report will show the export date and time of an employee's records. For each record the effective date, start date and time, stop date and time, pay type, hours from the last export, hours from the current period, shift, and dollar value of the hours (if applicable) will be displayed.

The summary report will show an employee's hours from the last export, hours from the current period, and the difference between the two for each pay type.

This report is only valid when Insperity TimeStar™ is configured for pay current processing.

Timesheet – Punch Difference

 

The Punch Difference report allows you to compare the actual time a punch was made with the time used for payroll purposes after business rules related to rounding have been applied. The report will display each time block for the selected employees in the specified date range. The effective date, actual time in and rounded time in, as well as the calculated difference between the actual and rounded times will be included. The same will be done for the out times. In addition, summaries of the calculated differences will be included for each time block and employee, as well as a wage calculation (optional).
