Supervisor – Alerts by Supervisor

The Alerts by Supervisor report displays the active alerts for a supervisor within the specified date range. This report can be useful in determining the number of remaining corrections to be made for a pay period.

Summary Report

The summary report displays the supervisor’s name and the total number of alerts for the specified date range.

Detail Report

The detail report displays the supervisor’s name with details of the employees that alerts were generated for and the alert date and type.

NOTE -  The employee sort selected will sort both employees and supervisors.

Filter Options

·         Date Range (default)

And at least one of the following

·         Employee

·         Org Level

·         Pay Group

·         Supervisor (default)

Parameter Options

·         Required Parameter

o   Report Summary

·         Optional Parameter

o   Alert Types (on by default)
