Schedule – Scheduled vs. Worked

 

The Scheduled vs. Worked report displays all employees who have worked within the date range specified and/or are assigned to a schedule group. A comparison is performed between the hours worked and hours scheduled when the report is generated.

 

Summary Report

 

The summary report displays the employee number, name, schedule hours, worked hours, and worked vs. scheduled.

 

Detail Report

 

The detail report displays the same information as the summary report with a daily comparison between worked vs. scheduled hours.

 

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

 

And at least one of the following:

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level (default)

·         Pay Group

·         Schedule Group

·         Supervisor

 

Parameter Options

·         Required Parameter

o   Report Summary

 

·         Optional Parameters

o   Format Hours as HH:MM

o   Include Hours

o   Show Zero Values (on by default)
