Schedule – Scheduled Hours

 

The Scheduled Hours report displays employee work schedules in a calendar view for a specified date range. This report may be used to provide employees with a printed copy of their schedules. 

 

The Day of Week parameter determines the first day of the week displayed on the calendar. Set the ‘Report Summary’ parameter to 'No' to view all calendar dates, even if there are no scheduled times for a given employee. Setting this to 'Yes' will only show weeks where an employee has scheduled time. 

 

The ‘Show Hours’ parameter will display the number of hours an employee is scheduled on a given day.
