Payroll – Hours Worked

 

The Hours Worked report will display an employee’s total hours for a specified date range. The detailed format of this report will also display punch details.

 

Summary Report

 

The summary format of this report displays the employee’s name, actual hours, rounded hours, regular hours, overtime hours, Hours, and Dollars.

 

Detail Report

 

The detail format of the report displays the same information as the summary report with punch details.

 

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

 

And at least one of the following

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level

·         Pay Group

 

Parameter Options

·         Required Parameter

o   Report Summary

 

·         Optional Parameters

o   Format Hours as HH:MM

o   Pay Types (on by default)

o   Show Zero Values (on by default)
