Payroll – Employee Hours by Pay Type

 

The Payroll Employee Hours by Pay Type report displays an employee’s total hours for the specified date range broken out by pay type.

 

Summary Report

 

The summary report displays the employee’s name, number, social security number, and total hours broken out by pay type. 

 

Detail Report

 

The detail report displays the same information as the summary report with a daily breakdown of the number of hours by pay type.

 

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

 

And at least one of the following

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level

·         Pay Group

 

Parameter Options

·         Required Parameter

o   Report Summary

 

·         Optional Parameter

o   Display Percentages

o   Format Hours as HH:MM

o   Pay Types (on by default)
