Org Level – Schedule vs. Worked

 

The Org Level Schedule vs. Worked report displays all employees who have worked within the date range specified and/or are assigned to a schedule group. A comparison is performed between the hours worked and hours scheduled when the report is generated. This report displays employees that are scheduled or have worked in the selected organization level(s). A maximum of 50 organization level items may be selected at once.

 

Summary Report

 

The summary report displays the employee number, name, schedule hours, worked hours, and worked vs. scheduled hours.

 

Detail Report

 

The detail report displays the same information as the summary report with a daily comparison between worked vs. scheduled hours.

 

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

 

And at least one of the following:

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level (default)

·         Pay Group

·         Schedule Group

·         Supervisor

 

Parameter Options

·         Required Parameters

o   Report Summary

o   Worked Organization Level

 

·         Optional Parameters

o   Format Hours as HH:MM

o   Include Hours

o   Show Zero Values (on by default)
