Org Level - Payroll Transfer

 

The Org Level version of the Payroll Transfer report can be used to review payroll information. When run for closed pay periods, this information will represent the transactions sent to the payroll application. This report can also be run for current and future pay periods.

 

Standard Summary

 

The Standard report layout summary displays the employee’s name, total hours, and other earnings.

 

Standard Detail

 

The Standard report layout detail displays the employee’s name, number, total hours, and earnings broken out by pay type and organization level.

 

Summary by Pay Type

 

The Summary by Pay Type report displays total hours for all employees selected broken out by pay type and shift type. To see pay type totals by organization level set the grouping by at least one organization level.

 

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

 

And at least one of the following:

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level (default)

·         Pay Group

·         Supervisor

 

Parameter Options

·         Required Parameter

o   Report Summary

 

·         Optional Parameters

o   Display Time by Shift (on by default)

o   Format Hours as HH:MM

o   Rounding Scripts In Use

o   Show Zero Values (on by default)
