History – Hours

 

The Hours History report displays employee hours by day and pay type. The report also generates a summary by pay type and organization level at the end of the report output.

 

NOTE -  Only hours for pay periods that have been closed will display on this report.

 

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

 

And at least one of the following:

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level (default)

·         Pay Group

·         Supervisor

 

Parameter Options

·         Required Parameters

o   Filter Auto Generated Salary Records

o   Report Summary

 

·         Optional Parameter

o   Pay Types (on by default)

o   Format Hours as HH:MM
