HR – Supervisor Employee List

The Supervisor Employee List report displays a list of supervisors with employees assigned to the supervisor. A detailed and summary format is available for this report. This report may be generated at any time. It is recommended that the report be sorted by supervisor name.

Summary Report

The summary report displays the supervisor’s name and the number of employees assigned. 

Detail Report

The detail report displays the supervisor’s name with a list of those employees assigned and their employee number, active status, name, and badge number.

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

And at least one of the following:

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level

·         Pay Group

·         Supervisor

Parameter Options

·         Required Parameter

o   Report Summary

·         Optional Parameter

o   Active Codes (on by default)
