HCR – Hours
This report can be used to review an employees hours by day, week and/or month. The average weekly and average monthly hours for the date range selected are also calculated for each employee.
Average values by employee are highlighted to alert conditions where an employee's worked time is crossing pre-established thresholds. These thresholds are:
· Average Weekly Hours:
· Red: 26.00+
· Yellow: 22.00 - 25.99
· Average Monthly Hours:
· Red: 116.00+
· Yellow: 112.00 - 115.99
When the data is exported, a standard set of fields is provided. The fields are employee name, employee number, hire date, employment status, pay type, effective date, daily hours, week start date, week stop date, weekly hours, average weekly hours, month start date, month stop date and average monthly hours.
