Data Export – Leave Liability

The Leave Liability Export report allows you to export accrual amounts by employee. The report will provide the employee number, employee name, accrual code, date of the transaction, hours, liability amount, distribution code, and general ledger account (optional) associated with each transaction.

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

And at least one of the following:

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level

·         Pay Group (default)

Parameter Options

·         Required Parameters

o   Archive Path

o   Export Path

o   File Name

o   Organization Levels

·         Optional Parameters

o   Accrual Selection (default)

o   G/L Account (default)

o   Suppress Header Row

o   Quote Fields
