Data Export – Accruals
The Accruals report will provide accrual information in one of three file layouts.
Transaction Detail layout will provide information that reflects the Accruals Transactions from the Accrual Summary page along with calculated dollar amounts.
The Accrual Category will provide a detailed breakdown of accrual categories and dollars information.
The Plan Summary layout will provide accrual information that is also seen on the Accrual Summary page.
Filter Options
· Date Range (required)
And at least one of the following:
· Employee (default)
· Org Level (default)
· Pay Group
Parameter Options
· Optional Parameters

o Report Layout 9
o Archive Path
o Export Path
o File Name
o Suppress Header Row
o Accrual Transaction Types
