Data Export – Employee Hours

This report exports an employees' scheduled hours, worked hours, and points for the current pay period. The employee's internal id, employee number, name, job title, and the file name of their photo are included. A record is created for each supervisor the employee has and each supervisor's internal id is included in the results. The Is Assistant Position field is included as a blank field.

Optionally, the Export File, Archive Path and Export Path parameters can be added to automate the exporting process.

Tip: The Quote Fields parameter is only valid with Export Format set to 'csv: Comma Separated Values' or 'tsv: Tab Separated Values'.
