Attendance - Absentee
The Absentee report provides a list of employees with absent records within a specific time range. The report details the employee number, name, hours absent, and the percentage absent against the hours worked. This report can be run at any time.
Summary Report
The summary report will provide the essential information about an employee’s attendance. The report will give the hours absent and the hours worked in the given time frame.
Detail Report
The detail report will provide the same information as the summary report but will add the days the employee was absent.
Filter Options
· Date Range (required)
And at least one of the following:
· Employee (default)
· Org Level
· Pay Group (default)
· Supervisor
Parameter Options
· Required Parameter
o Report Summary
· Optional Parameter
o Format Hours as HH:MM
