For report readability, it is recommended that organization level items be limited to 8-10 characters.

 

 

Parameter Name

Description

Accrual Selection

List of accruals active in the system. Select the accruals to include in the report.

Active Codes

List of active codes available in the system. Select the active codes to display in the report.

Alert Category

Determines which exceptions will display on the Attendance-Errors and Exception report. The default setting of Errors & Exceptions will display both errors and exceptions on the report.

Alert Types

List of alert types setup in the system. Select the alert types to display in the report.

Attendance Category

List of attendance codes setup in the system. Select the attendance codes to display in the report.

Audit Types

List of audit types in the system. Select the audit types to display in the report.

Average Weekly Hours Are

Determines if employees with total hours greater than or less than the value entered will be included on the Timesheet – Average Hours and Timesheet  - Average Hours Real Time reports.

Average Weekly Hours Value

Determines the total hours value used for selecting employees on the Timesheet – Average Hours and Timesheet  - Average Hours Real Time reports.

Category 1-6 Name

The name that will appear in the header on the Payroll – Pay Type Selection report. These values should be no longer than 8 characters.

Category 1-6 Pay Types

The pay types to include in the categories on the Payroll – Pay Type Selection report.

Daily Display Date

Determines which date to display on the report. To display all dates within the date range entered, enter a daily display date outside of the current period. To display one date within the current period, enter the date  to display in the daily display date.

Days in a week

Determines the calculation method used for calculating weekly average hours for the Timesheet – Average Hours report.

Depth of Supervision

Determines the number of supervisor depths to report on for the HR – Supervision Hierarchy report.

Display Approvals

Determines if approvals dates and times display on the Daily Hours report.

Display Effective Date

Determines if the actual date or the effective date will display on the Daily Hours report.

Display Running Totals

Determines if a running total will display on the report. Set this option to ‘Yes’ to display a running total on the report.

Display Signature

Determines if the signature line will appear on the report. Set this parameter to ‘Yes’ to display the signature line.

Display Starting Balance

Determines if an employee’s starting points balance display on the HR – Points Warning report.

Display Supervisors

Determines if a supervisor’s name will appear on the report. If an employee has multiple supervisors, the employee’s records may be listed multiple times on the report (once for each supervisor).

Display Time by Shift

Determines if hours are broken out by shift on the Payroll – Transfer report.

Employment Status

List of employment status codes setup in the system. Select the employment status codes to display in the report.

Filter Auto-Gener Salary Rec

Determines if auto generated salary records appear on the report. Set this option to ‘Yes’ to not display salary records on the report.

Include All Time Blocks

Determines if the first lunch or all lunches are reported on for the Attendance – Lunch Exceptions report.

Include Inactive Alerts

Utilized by the Attendance-Errors and Exceptions report and determines if both active and inactive alerts will display on the report. To see active and inactive alerts, set this option to ‘Yes’.

Include Hours

Determines if Hours records are included in the calculation of worked hours on the Org Level – Schedule vs. Worked report.

Lunch Errors to Include

Determines which lunch errors to include on the Attendance – Lunch Exceptions report.

Maximum Value

Determines the records that will display on the report. Records with greater than the maximum amount entered will not display on the report.

Minimum Hours to Display

Determines which employees will display on the Admin – Approaching Overtime report. Employees with total hours less than the value entered will not display.

Minimum Hours Worked

Determines the minimum hours worked for an employee to display on the Attendance – Lunch Exceptions report.

Minimum Lunch Minutes

Determines the minimum minutes for lunch on the Attendance – Lunch Exceptions report.

Minimum Value

Determines the records that will display on the report. Records with less than the minimum amount entered will not display on the report.

Org Level Depth Selection

Select the organization level depth on the History-Org Level Hours report. 

Page Break

Determines the manner in which to page break the report. 

Pay Types

List of pay types setup in the system. Select the pay types to display on the report.

Report Layout

Report layout options

Report Summary

Determines if the detail or summary report will generate. If this option remains at ‘Yes’, the summary report will generate. Set this option to ‘No’ to generate the detailed version of the report.

Request Status

List of request status options: Approved, Declined, Pending.

Request Type

List of request types: General Request, Missing Punch Request, Dollars Request, Paid Time Off Request, Schedule Change Request.

Requests

Used by the Admin-Request report. Select to include active (non-deleted) and inactive (deleted) requests on the report.

Rounding Script in Use

Determines how hours are calculated on the Payroll – Transfer report. 

Schedule Groups

Determines which schedule groups to include on the Schedule – Group Schedule report.

Shift Types

List of shift types setup in the system. Select the shift types to display in the report.

Show Comments

Determines if comments will display in the report. Set this option to ‘Yes’ to display comments in the report.

Show Employee Approval

Determines if employee approval audit log records will appear on the Audit-Log report. Set this option to ‘Yes’ to display employee approval audit records.

Show Supervisor Approval

Determines if supervisor approval audit log records will appear on the Audit-Log report. Set this option to ‘Yes’ to display supervisor approval audit records.

Show Zero Values

Determines if zero values will display in fields where no hours exists.

Sort by Birthday

Determines if the employee list on the Employee – Birthday report is sorted by birthday.

Suppress Report Information

Determines if the report information page displays after the report pages.

Time Display

Timesheet-Daily Hours report option that determines if actual time or rounded time will appear on the report. By default, the rounded date and time will appear on the report.

Weekly Totals

Determines if hours are split out by weeks on the Daily Hours reports.

Worked Org Level

Determines which org levels are reported on for the Org Level reports. 

 

NOTE – a maximum of 50 org levels may be selected.
