Admin – Approaching Overtime

The Approaching Overtime report allows you to view any employees that are nearing the point where they will start earning overtime pay. You have the ability to run this report at any time, and you can specify the number of hours at which you would like to begin displaying employees.

NOTE – This report is normally generated for hourly only as Salary records will be added to punch hours.

Filter Options

·         Date Range (required)

And at least one of the following:

·         Employee (default)

·         Org Level

·         Pay Group (default)

·         Supervisor

Parameter Options

·         Required Parameter

o   Minimum Hours to Display

·         Optional Parameter

o   Format Hours as HH:MM
