Security Setup

Within security, an administrator can setup groups to oversee the permissions of multiple users or create security at the user level. Below are the suggested steps that would be taken to setup the security module for a new group –

1.       Add new security group via the Security Group page

2.      Setup permissions via Group Permissions page

3.       Add user via User Security

a.       Assign the user to the security group

4.      Assign deviations from the Group Permissions via User Permissions, if applicable

5.       Assign User Alerts (if applicable)
