Request Setup - Request Workflow Group

To set Workflows to specific request types such as: General, Missing Punch, Schedule Change, Time Off, and TimeStar™ Message,  go to Company Setup – Request Setup – Request Workflow Group. Each company will have a default request workflow group that is automatically assigned to every employee in the system.

To add a new Request Workflow Group select the ‘Add’ button at the bottom of the screen and follow these steps:

1.       Select the button to add request types to the group.

2.      Select the workflow to be assigned to each request type.

3.       Click the ‘Save’ button.

 

After creating a request workflow group, go to Employee Maintenance – Employee Assignments – Groups, then click Request Workflow Group tab to assign the group to a selected employee.
