Request Setup - Blackout Dates
The Blackout Dates page allows for the restriction in the entry of hours or requests on specific dates.
Field Name |
Description |
Blackout Date |
The date to restrict hours entry.
NOTE – the restriction occurs for the entire day, not just a portion. |
Reason for Blackout |
Enter a description for the blackout. This description will appear in a message to the employee/supervisor when entering a request or hours record. |
Pay Type Assignments |
Select the pay types from the right side of the screen and select the ‘Add’ button for the pay types that should be restricted for the blackout date. |
Org Levels |
Home organization levels to apply the blackout. This option defines the employees that will have the blackout applied. |
