Group Permissions

To add group permissions, follow these steps.

1.       Select Security Setup – Group Permissions.

2.      Select the security group to update in the ‘Select Group’ drop-down.

3.       Select the ‘Role’, ‘Group’ or ‘Page’ drop-down menus to filter the list of available functions. 

4.      Scroll through the list of available masks.

5.       Click and select the ‘Add’ button to add the permission to the assigned mask box. 

a.       Select multiple areas at once by using the Control button and clicking on the Shift key to select a range of fields.

6.      Use the ‘New Mask Access; drop-down to assign the rights for the area(s) selected.   

7.       Click the ‘Save’ button to add permissions or save changes to permissions.

 

NOTE - The ‘New Mask Access’ will be applied to all masks in the Assigned masks section.
