Employee Information - Profile

The Profile page includes the following tabs: Employee, Employment, Badge and Demographic.

 

The Employee tab contains the following fields:

Name

Employee Name

Salutation

Employee Salutation

Employee Number

Employee number

SSN

Employee social security number (may be left blank if system parameter ‘Allow Blank SSN’ is set to ‘True’)

Title

Employee job title

Photo

Employee’s photo file – image files may be uploaded by clicking the ‘Add’ button

Time Zone

Employee’s time zone.  When adding an employee the default time zone will be the value set in Company or System Parameters.

Preferred Language

Defaulted to English

Export Override

Include or exclude the employee from the payroll export.

 

NOTE – The employee photo will display on the Dollars, Hours, Punches, Units, Total Hours, Pay History, Accrual Summary, and Attendance pages.

Hire Date

Employee’s hire date

Last Raise

Employee’s last raise date

Employee’s next review date

Normal Hours/Period

Employee’s normal hours worked for the pay period

Normal Hours/Day

Employee’s normal hours worked per day

Pay Rate

Employee’s pay rate

Pay Status

Employee’s pay status. Options are the codes setup under System Setup - Reference Tables - Pay Status Codes

Salary

Employee’s salary

Termination

Employee’s termination code. Options are the codes setup under System Setup - Reference Tables - Termination Codes

Termination Date

Employee’s termination date

Withholding

Employee’s withholding status

Work Shift

Employee’s shift code. Options are the shift codes setup under System Setup- Reference Tables - Shift Types

Effective Date

The start date of the first pay period the employee’s employment record is active on.

Stop Date

The end date of the employee’s employment record.

 

If your company utilizes the Affordable Care Act module additional fields will display on the Employment tab. The following fields will display with module:

The healthcare group the employee belongs to.

Pre –Tax

Yes or No flag to determine calculation for Affordable Care Act requirements

Work Country

The country the employee works in.

Work State

The state the employee works in

 

The Badge tab contains the following fields:
