Employee Assignments – Scripts

Scripts indicate which rules/calculations are performed on employee time. This page is located under Employee Maintenance – Employee Assignments – Scripts.

Scripts control how hours are calculated. In most cases, the Pay Group script controls the calculation. If your company has setup pay groups with script assignments, assigning employee scripts is not necessary. 

1.       To assign a script to a single employee, use the drop-down to select each of the scripts that should be associated with the employee.

2.      Click the ‘Save’ button.
