Alert Types
On the System Setup – Alert Types page, the severity of an alert as well as the email template used may be configured.
For a complete list of Alert Types please see Appendix B.
NOTE – If alert types other than requests are set to a severity of ‘Email’, the corresponding scripts must also be updated with a severity of ‘E’ (Email) or ‘I’ (Immediate).
To update an Alert Type, follow these steps:
1. Select System Setup – Alert Types.
2. Select the ‘Severity’ and/or ‘Template’ drop-down(s).
3. Click the ‘Save’ button.
